How to Place an Order

Placing an order is very convenient and simple. You need to create an account and need to log in as a new customer or as an existing customer to make orders and access features (e.g. wish list, express check out etc.) of the website.

Select products from the wide range of organic products menu, mention require quantity, add it to basket/cart and click on checkout. Simply move to the other product line if you want to buy other items. Instead, you can also search for the product in the given space with “Product Search” if not sure of where it is hiding. Please be sure about the quantity you order as the products measurement varies on their selling size (Box, Kg., Gm., etc.). We request our customers to recheck their order(s) before proceeding to the payment as we will NOT accept any liability for incorrectly placed order(s) or item(s). You can avail the benefit of placing the order online 24/7 by visiting our website. We are fully functional from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for deliveries. We may also provide deliveries on weekend subject to ordered qty and agreement. As per our commitment for the ethically sourced, sustainable packaging, secure delivery of delicious organic product/s we encourage our customers to place orders at least 3 days before delivery required.

For customers residing in Sydney, same day delivery will be depend on the availability of the product and the area.

Payment, Charges & Returns

In checkout section, you will be prompted to apply for discounts or existing credits. Enter your promotion code/credit code and proceed towards checkout. You are supposed to enter all your mandatory details like name, address, delivery/shipping address, phone number, credit card, debit card or Pay pal information.

We accept all major credit cards (2.5 % surcharges apply on American Express/Diner’s Club), debit cards via Pay pal. Prices mentioned for goods and services are in Australian dollars.

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated by Australia post (depending upon selection of courier type - Standard or Express) in the checkout section as per the size and gross weight of the product/s.

Our website offers encrypted information on the web and is secured with SSL security. Hence, no third party can trace any of our customer’s personal information howsoever. Our all payment methods are absolutely secure. We, Moreish Organics will not handle any credit card or debit card information via email or phone or text messages.

Making Changes in the Order

The necessary changes can be done for the order before it is processed for the payment by editing the quantity in the cart to the required quantity or even by adding more products to the cart from the site. Order status can be checked by visiting “My Account” page on the site. Simultaneously, we also send an email to confirm your order.

Returns and Refunds

You can return the item through courier (we prefer Australia Post). For this, you MUST provide order details and tax invoice along with the original packing of the product. Do not forget to mention the reason of return whether it is defective or damaged. We offer exchange, credit towards next purchase or complete return, if the returned item is not damaged or opened or genuinely having the quality issue. Returns should be made within 2 days from the time of the receival of the product/s. Return freight charges may apply.

If the customer does not provide the order number or the invoice number for the merchandize, refunds will depend on the decision of the management. In addition to this, a confirmation email copy of the order is also required with the returning item. Please note that the refunds will be made on the same debit card or credit card or Pay pal account, which was used at the time of purchase.
